Seatrade International is in compliance with the regulations imposed by the FDA as part of the Bioterrorism Act. As a direct importer of seafood and interstate shipper of fresh and frozen scallops and other seafood items, our company is registered under FDA #16882357452, and we have record keeping procedures in place to track imported and domestic seafood.
We continue to be in compliance with the HAACP regulations of December 18, 1997:
- Seatrade has identified critical control points/hazard analysis for all seafood products handled by the company.
- Seatrade has a standard sanitation operating procedure (SSOP).
- Seatrade has adopted good manufacturing practices.
